Shoplifting of property valued at under $100:

• Up to $250 fine (1st offense)
• Up to $500 fine (2nd offense)
• Up to 2 years in jail (3rd offense)

Shoplifting of Property valued at $100 of more:

• Up to $1,000 fine and 2 1/2 years in jail
